Maintenance for this system is minimal (normal air filter changes) our recommend thermostat has built-in reminders to change the filters and create fewer problems for your home.

To achieve the 16 SEER efficiency this central heating and cooling unit must be installed with our recommended evaporator coil that comes with this bundle, a Cocoon furnace only uses a variable speed motor for maximum energy efficiency and air control. Which is vital to achieving the Seer rating for this equipment. A 16 SEER system will reduce your electric bill by approximately 6% - 10% more than a 15 SEER system.
